With winter now here, the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic is well and truly upon us and as such the country has been placed under national restrictions. This has an effect on how we can operate and makes for extraordinarily challenging times.
Our website remains open for people to place orders. With mass vaccinations being rolled out, we’re hoping that some sort of normality can return as the weather gets warmer, and that we can return to delivering hire equipment for events and occasions. We are more than happy to advise customers and take orders for the future. Our cancellation policy remains the same as it has done since the start of the pandemic – we will happily reschedule any order cancelled due to restrictions, or offer a credit note with no expiry if rescheduling cannot be immediately done.
However, for orders for delivery prior to the end of February, please be aware that we will make contact prior to any order being delivered to ensure a) that the order is necessary and that b) the event does not contravene restrictions. If we are not happy that these conditions have been met, we will have no choice but to cancel the order.
While these times are challenging for us, we do not want to be in a position where we unduly expose a staff member to the virus; as such we are operating with a skeleton staff in both the warehouse and with deliveries. With this in mind we want to keep availability for orders which are essential.
