Keep plates and food warm on your worktops with this two tier heated gantry. Great when paired with hot cupboards to give an all round solution for keeping food warm for extended services.
Keeping plates warm is made much easier with this two tier heated gantry. Designed to be used with our plain top hot cupboards or stainless steel prep tables, these heated gantries are great for extended food service. While the lower tier is heated, allowing plates to be kept warm below, the upper tier offers space for plates that are ready to be picked up by wait staff.
Hot cupboard hire is essential for busy kitchens which need extra space to keep food warm. They’re also very useful for one-off events which aren’t normally set up for extended food service.
There are essentially two kinds of hot cupboards for hire available on our website. Standard hot cupboards are great for keeping plates warm ready for service and can come with bain marie and heated gantry options for keeping food hot. Our mobile hot cupboards are particularly useful for spaces which aren’t normally commercial kitchens.
These hot cupboards are typically counter sized and can be used for serving food as well as keeping it warm.
Hot holding cupboards are designed to keep food warm ready for service and are designed to hold either gastronorm containers or plated meals. They can also offer different modes, such as proofing which is great for any kitchen which makes lots of dough-based products.
Holding cabinets are generally upright and can come with glass doors to make it possible to see what is inside without opening the door and affecting the temperature.
