What do I need to know to get the best from my exhibition hire?

When looking for exhibition hire, there are a few things that you need to have in your mind so that you order the right things. Firstly, what size is your stand? Having a plan of your floorspace can help you understand how much you can fit into it and how it will look. We’ve included dimensions of all our exhibition furniture such as showcases and display cabinets to help you understand how they will work for you.

All of our equipment at Expo Hire London is cleaned, inspected and PAT tested prior to delivery, meaning you can be confident you'll receive products that are safe and in good condition. For compatibility reasons, all of our appliances are fitted with a 3 pin UK plug. We recommend that you check the limitations of your venue's wiring prior to use, to ensure it does not become overloaded.

What about delivery of exhibition hire?

If you’re exhibiting at ExCeL London, one thing that you don’t need to worry about is delivery charges. We’ve introduced a fixed price delivery charge to ExCeL of £100, which includes timed slots for delivery and collection to match set up and breakdown windows. Just ensure you enter the postcode E16 1XL when placing your order.

Don't worry if you're not at ExCeL: we deliver to exhibitions and trade shows all across London, and our drivers are experts in getting exhibition furniture and equipment directly to you stand. When placing your order, it’s really important to ensure that you give us the show name, hall and stand number at your venue to help ensure that everything goes smoothly.
